In folk medicine, horsetail is used to achieve a diuretic and disinfectant action, edema of cardiac and renalorigin. Horsetail tones up the heart, lung, has a hypoglycemic effect. For therapeutic purposes, use greensummer shoots, which were collected in June and August.

Arthritis: 30 grams of herb horsetail pour 1 cup boiling water, leave for 30 minutes. Take 2-3 cups a day.
